Basketball Recap: Concordia Prep Starts Season with Loss on the Road + How To Watch

Concordia Prep had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a blow against the Springdale Prep Lions on Wednesday, falling 78-34. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Saints have suffered since January 27th.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Springdale Prep to victory, but perhaps none more so than Larry Duncan, who posted ten points and four steals. Duncan continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Jordan Costley was another key player, going 5-for-9 en route to 12 points and three steals.

The victory keeps Springdale Prep at an undefeated 4-0.

Concordia Prep didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 64-53 win against Rosedale Christian Academy on the 22nd. As for Springdale Prep, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 72-63 victory against Mercersburg Academy on the 21st.
