Abundant Life entered their tilt with Valley Christian on Saturday with ten consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 11. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Warriors. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

Mari Wetzel paced Abundant Life's offense, picking up 12 kills. Wetzel got some help from Emma Nolke and her 27 assists. Ella Rockwell controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Several Warriors players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ellie Demler, who had 15 digs.

Abundant Life's win bumped their record up to 31-5. As for Valley Christian, with the loss, they broke their five-match winning streak and moved their record to 25-7.

Abundant Life and Valley Christian should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Wisconsin Rankings. The Challengers will take on Dodgeland at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank advantage (107 vs. 291). Meanwhile, Valley Christian (ranked 121st) will meet Berlin (ranked 359th) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
