Shepherd was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 7-1 to the Pinconning Spartans. That's two games in a row now that Shepherd have lost by exactly six goals.

Shepherd's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Pinconning, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-4.

Shepherd wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, an 8-0 defeat against Hemlock on the 29th. As for Pinconning, they have also already played their next contest, a 6-0 loss against Tawas Area on the 28th.
