After losing to Bennington the last time they met, Clayton decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Clayton Bulldogs narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Bennington Bears 31-29. Winning may never get old, but the Bulldogs sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Clayton's victory bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Bennington, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 9-8.

Clayton will host Eagletown at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bennington, they will take on Rock Creek at 6:00 p.m. on January 28th.
