Bluffton waltzed into their contest on Thursday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They snuck past the Cathedral Academy Generals with a 73-67 win. While the Bobcats didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bluffton to victory, but perhaps none more so than Harrison Skinner, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 13 assists. That's the most points Ward has posted since back in November of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Dominic Felix, who went 7 of 14 on his way to 19 points and eight rebounds.

Bluffton's victory bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Cathedral Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 14-8.

Bluffton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 62-55 win against Wilson Hall on the 3rd. As for Cathedral Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 48-40 loss against North Myrtle Beach on the 3rd.
