Trinity Classical Academy waltzed into their game on Tuesday with 13 straight wins... but they left with 14. They walked away with a 4-1 win over the Oakwood Owls. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Knights also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Luke Backes was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double. Andrew Carlson was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one run.

Trinity Classical Academy's victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-1. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.4 runs on average over those games. As for Oakwood, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 13-4 record.

Looking ahead, Trinity Classical Academy will take on Desert Christian at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Oakwood, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Yeshiva University of Los Angeles (YULA) on Thursday.
