Basketball Recap: Ayala Takes a Loss

Ayala was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 75-53 to the Grand Terrace Titans.

Reggie Caldwell continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Grand Terrace, going 11 of 19 on his way to 24 points and five assists. The match was Caldwell's sixth in a row with at least ten points. Kyle Lowery was another key player, going 6 for 11 en route to 14 points and three steals.

Ayala's defeat dropped their record down to 15-10. As for Grand Terrace, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-7.

Ayala will challenge Diamond Bar at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Grand Terrace, they will take on Jurupa Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
