Basketball Recap: Broadalbin-Perth Comes Up Short

Broadalbin-Perth won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Tuesday. They were outmatched by the Glens Falls Black Bears and fell 89-44. The Patriots have struggled against the Black Bears recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Broadalbin-Perth now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Glens Falls, the win (which was their 29th in a row dating back to last season) raised their record to 2-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Broadalbin-Perth will welcome Amsterdam at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Glens Falls, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Hudson Falls at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Hudson Falls' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
