Flag Football Game Preview: Hillsdale Fighting Knights vs. Burton Pumas

The Hillsdale Fighting Knights will venture away from home to challenge the Burton Pumas at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (Hillsdale 10.7, Burton 5.4) so any points scored will be well earned.

Hillsdale will roll into the matchup after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up two points on Saturday, then bounced right back against Half Moon Bay on Wednesday. The Fighting Knights strolled past the Cougars with points to spare, taking the game 38-19. Considering the Fighting Knights' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Meanwhile, Burton strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 19-13 W against University. That's two games straight that the Pumas have won by exactly six points.

Hillsdale's record now sits at 5-6. As for Burton, their record is now 8-0.
