La Sierra has gone a perfect 3-0 against Rubidoux recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Falcons at 5:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for La Sierra and seven for Rubidoux.

La Sierra lost 3-0 to Norte Vista on Friday.

La Sierra was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-17, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Rubidoux came up short against Ramona on Friday, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-21, 25-14.

La Sierra's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Rubidoux, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 2-10.

La Sierra was able to grind out a solid victory over Rubidoux when the teams last played back in October of 2024, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
