The third road matchup was the charm for McCutcheon, as they earned their first away victory of the season. They were the clear victors by an 11-5 margin over the Twin Lakes Indians on Friday. The Mavericks haven't had any issues with the Indians recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

McCutcheon got a massive performance out of Jon Riley, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. Another player making a difference was Blake Morrison, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: McCutcheon kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least 11 hits in three consecutive games.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-3. As for Twin Lakes, they moved to 4-5 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
