Liberty won the last time they faced Boulder Creek and things went their way on Saturday too. The Lions walked away with a 7-4 victory over the Jaguars. The game was the first time the Lions have beaten the Jaguars on their field since April 6, 2023.

Liberty has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 4 runs this season. As for Boulder Creek, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Looking ahead, Liberty will welcome Tucson High Magnet School at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Boulder Creek, they are taking a road trip to face off against Cibola at 3:45 p.m. on Monday.
