Wheeler is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand Boone Grove a 1-0 shutout. That's two games straight that Wheeler have won by just one goal.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last match, Bremen made sure to put some goals up on the board against LaVille on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Lancers with a sharp 7-0 victory. Bremen might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 contests by three goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting LaVille from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Avary Malcom led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

Wheeler's win bumped their record up to 11-7-1. As for Bremen, their victory bumped their record up to 15-3-1.
