Baseball Recap: Chilton Comes Up Short

Chilton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 26th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Holland Hornets, falling 15-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 17-1 back in March.

Chilton's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Holland, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-18.

Coincidentally, Chilton and Holland will both be playing Rosebud-Lott the next time they take the field. The Pirates will head out to face the Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Hornets will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
