Basketball Recap: Triopia/Meredosia-Chambersburg/Virginia Takes a Loss

Triopia/Meredosia-Chambersburg/Virginia was the 68-41 winner over Brown County when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Triopia/Meredosia-Chambersburg/Virginia Trojans were just a bucket shy of victory on Saturday and fell 48-47 to the Brown County Hornets. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Triopia/Meredosia-Chambersburg/Virginia's loss dropped their record down to 14-12. As for Brown County, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 19-8 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Triopia/Meredosia-Chambersburg/Virginia will face off against North Greene at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Brown County, they will head out on the road to square off against Barry Western at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
