Basketball Game Preview: Hudson Cobras vs. Nature Coast Tech Sharks

Hudson hasn't had much luck against Nature Coast Tech recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Hudson Cobras will be home for the holidays to greet the Nature Coast Tech Sharks at 7:30 p.m. Hudson will be strutting in after a victory while Nature Coast Tech will be coming in after a defeat.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Hudson turned things around against Angeline Academy of Innovation on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Archers 46-8. The game marked the Cobras' most dominant win of the season so far.

Sydniemarie Johnson and Grace Rutherford were among the main playmakers for Hudson as the former posted 11 points and the latter had 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jolee Hobbs, who put up six points.

Meanwhile, Nature Coast Tech came up short against Weeki Wachee on Thursday and fell 41-30. The Sharks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Nature Coast Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Hudson, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.
