Basketball Recap: Turtle Lake Takes a Loss

Turtle Lake suffered their closest loss since February 9, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of the Siren Dragons by a score of 43-40. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lakers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 41-33 back in December of 2024.

Turtle Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Siren, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

Turtle Lake has already played their next game, a 55-21 victory against Luck on the 4th. As for Siren, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 62-12 win against Frederic on the 4th.
