Hickory won the last time they faced Sharon and things went their way on Thursday too. The Hornets never let the Tigers get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory. Hickory might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by four goals or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for Hickory and bumps their season record up to 9-4-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two matches. As for Sharon, they dropped their record down to 1-9-3 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.
