Volleyball Recap: Northside Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Northside was the 3-0 winner over Bentonville West when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Grizzlies took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wolverines on Thursday. The Grizzlies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Northside ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-17, 21-25, 25-20.

Despite the loss, Northside still got an impressive performance from Kamdyn Flemming, who had 17 assists and five digs. Flemming is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 17 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Among those leading the charge was Jayden Gribble, who had 18 assists and seven digs.

Northside's defeat dropped their record down to 17-15. As for Bentonville West, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-8.

Coming up, Northside will head out on the road to face off against Southside at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bentonville West, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Benton on the 11th.
