Basketball Game Preview: Notasulga Blue Devils vs. Reeltown Rebels

After both having extra time off, the Notasulga Blue Devils and the Reeltown Rebels will shake off the cobwebs and challenge one another at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.

Notasulga is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Booker T. Washington just ended the team's three-game winning streak last Friday. They were dealt a 61-32 loss at the hands of the Golden Eagles. The match marked the Blue Devils' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Reeltown). They came out on top against Beauregard by a score of 63-55 last Friday.

Notasulga's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Reeltown, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Notasulga didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Reeltown in their previous matchup on December 13th, but they still walked away with a 61-57 victory. Will Notasulga repeat their success, or does Reeltown have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
