Basketball Recap: Mounds Park Academy Comes Up Short

Mounds Park Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They took a hard 40-24 fall against the Nova Classical Academy Knights. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Knights apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2022.

Mounds Park Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Nova Classical Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-5.

Mounds Park Academy has already played their next game (against Minnehaha Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Nova Classical Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 60-27 loss against St. Croix Prep on the 31st.
