The Bishop McLaughlin Catholic Hurricanes lost against the Foundation Christian Academy Panthers back in January of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Bishop McLaughlin Catholic was the victim of a tough 43-23 loss at the hands of Foundation Christian Academy. Bishop McLaughlin Catholic has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Arana hasn't dropped below two blocks for nine straight games. Nataley Noble was another key contributor, scoring four points.

Bishop McLaughlin Catholic's defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 2-9. Bishop McLaughlin Catholic won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Classical Prep at 6:00 p.m. on January 12th. Hopefully Classical Prep focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 18 last Thursday. As for Foundation Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Cambridge Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Cambridge Christian's defense has only allowed 29.6 points per game this season, so Foundation Christian Academy's offense will have their work cut out for Foundation Christian Academy.
