Softball Recap: Faith Christian Patriots vs. Harrells Christian Academy Crusaders

Faith Christian was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Harrells Christian Academy apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played two weeks ago.

Faith Christian saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Payton Whitley, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3.

On Harrells Christian Academy's side, Sabrina Batts made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched seven innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off six hits. Batts has been consistent recently: she hasn't pitched less than five innings in eight consecutive pitching appearances. Batts was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 3-for-5.
