Softball Preview: Albemarle Patriots vs. Monticello Mustangs

Albemarle hasn't had much luck against Monticello recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Patriots will head out on the road to take on the Mustangs at 6:30 p.m. Monticello took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Albemarle, who comes in off a win.

Albemarle is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They put the hurt on Chancellor with a sharp 17-2 victory on Monday. The Patriots not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since April 16, 2024.
