Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Oak Hill). Everything went their way against the Mount Abram Roadrunners on Wednesday as they made off with a 19-1 win. The Raiders haven't had any issues with the Roadrunners recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
Izzy Whitaker was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched four innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. Whitaker was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI.
In other batting news, Oak Hill let Carlee Austin and Ava Rivet run wild. Austin got on base in three of her five plate appearances with three stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI, while Rivet went 2-for-3 with four runs, one triple, and one stolen base.
