Football Game Preview: North Lincoln Knights vs. Bandys Trojans + Official Tickets

The North Lincoln Knights will square off against the Bandys Trojans at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. North Lincoln is coming into the game on a six-game losing streak.

North Lincoln is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Newton-Conover on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Knights lost 42-22 to the Red Devils. The Knights were down 35-14 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

North Lincoln might have lost, but man, Landen Agee was a machine: he rushed for 109 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 12 carries. Bradyn Still was another key rusher, rushing for 121 yards on only 11 carries.

Meanwhile, while Bandys put up some points on Friday, the same can't be said for Foard. The Trojans blew past the Tigers 20-0. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

The win got Bandys back to even at 3-3. As for North Lincoln, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6.

North Lincoln took their victory against Bandys in their previous matchup back in April of 2021 by a conclusive 40-19 score. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Trojans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
