Volleyball Game Preview: Catholic Central Hilltoppers vs. University School of Milwaukee Wildcats + How To Watch

The Catholic Central Hilltoppers will head out on the road to square off against the University School of Milwaukee Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with seven losses in a row, Catholic Central turned things around against Racine Horlick on Monday. They had just enough and edged out the Rebels 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Hilltoppers have posted since August 26th.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Catholic Central got the one that really mattered. The final score came out to 25-17, 22-25, 27-25, 23-25, 15-7.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for University School of Milwaukee, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They put the hurt on Milwaukee Lutheran with a sharp 3-0 victory on Monday. The Wildcats haven't had any issues with the Red Knights recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-14, 25-16.

University School of Milwaukee's victory bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Catholic Central, the win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 3-15.

Catholic Central might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from University School of Milwaukee in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Can the Hilltoppers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
