Basketball Recap: San Lorenzo Valley Takes a Loss

San Lorenzo Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They fell 62-54 to the Harbor Pirates. The Cougars were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Pirates apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

San Lorenzo Valley's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Harbor, their victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 6-10.

While San Lorenzo Valley had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
