Thomas Ashworth Game Report: vs South Coffeyville

Thomas Ashworth put up the most hits he's had since back in March of 2024 on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and one run. He also put up a double, which was his first of the season.

Looking ahead, Ashworth and Welch will face off against Wyandotte at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Wildcats will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 228 places lower in Oklahoma), but they're not letting that get them down.
