Softball Recap: Copper Hills Grizzlies vs. Mountain Ridge Sentinels

Copper Hills lost against Mountain Ridge back in April of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Copper Hills Grizzlies took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mountain Ridge Sentinels. Copper Hills has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Melanye Quintana was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-2 with a home run. Averi Yazzie was another key contributor, scoring a run and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
