Erie-Mason has also been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 11 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-13-1 record this season. As for Sand Creek, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Erie-Mason beat the Aggies by a score of 4-1 later that day.
