It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Worthington Kilbourne had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Hilliard Bradley Jaguars. The win was nothing new for the Wolves as they're now sitting on 13 straight.

Worthington Kilbourne was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 23-25, 23-25, 25-16, 15-12.

Worthington Kilbourne can attribute much of their success to Asher Post, who had 14 digs and two aces. That's the most digs Post has posted over his last nine matchups.

When it comes to explaining why Hilliard Bradley lost, don't look at Luke Schroeder. Despite the final result, he had eight digs and three assists.

Worthington Kilbourne's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-6. As for Hilliard Bradley, they moved to 9-14 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Worthington Kilbourne has already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Fairmont on the 16th. Hilliard Bradley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
