Jake Arrowood turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than two walks surrendered on Thursday. He tossed three innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. He has become a key player for Kennedy: the team is 5-2 when he allows at most three earned runs, but 3-7 otherwise.

Arrowood and Kennedy will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on American at 4:00 p.m. on the 30th. The Titans are 8-2 against the Eagles going back to May of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
