Soccer Recap: Oak Ridge Comes Up Short

Oak Ridge was the 2-0 winner over Farragut when they last played one another back in March of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Oak Ridge Wildcats lost 5-0 to the Farragut Admirals on Thursday.

Oak Ridge now has a losing record of 0-1. As for Farragut, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Oak Ridge will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Austin-East at 6:30 p.m. on March 18th. As for Farragut, they are taking a road trip to challenge West at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The contest will give Farragut their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season.
