Volleyball Recap: Glenn Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Glenn lost against Walkertown last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bobcats took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wolfpack.

Glenn was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Walkertown work for it, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 14-25, 25-22, 25-16.

Kendall Fraas paced Glenn's offense, picking up ten kills. Fraas got some help from Makenzie Cheatham and her 17 assists. Finally, Laurielle Layne kept Glenn's defense grounded, leading the team with five blocks.

Chloe Isaacs was the offensive standout of the match as she had 21 assists and five aces. Isaacs is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 21 every time she's taken the court this season.

Glenn now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Walkertown, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Looking ahead, Glenn will square off against Eastern Guilford at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Bobcats are facing the Wildcats at the right time seeing as the Wildcats are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Walkertown, they will take on South Davidson at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
