Soccer Recap: Powers Catholic Takes a Loss

Powers Catholic was the 2-0 winner over Mason when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Chargers lost 4-1 to the Bulldogs on Saturday.

Powers Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 5-2-3. As for Mason, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-1-3.

Powers Catholic wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against Lansing Christian on the 6th. As for Mason, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Marshall on the 6th.
