Basketball Game Preview: Canal Winchester Indians vs. Worthington Christian Warriors

Canal Winchester and Worthington Christian are an even 3-3 against one another since November of 2014, but not for long. The Canal Winchester Indians will challenge the Worthington Christian Warriors at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Canal Winchester is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 65-25, which was the final score in Canal Winchester's tilt against Olentangy on Saturday. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 541st, while the Braves are ranked 34th).

Meanwhile, after soaring to 60 points the game before, Worthington Christian was a bit more limited in their game on Saturday. They were beaten by Hudson 63-16. The contest marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Canal Winchester's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Worthington Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.
