Estacada owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Monday. They walked away with a 5-0 win over the Madras White Buffalos. The Rangers haven't had any issues with the White Buffalos recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Turner Jackson looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one hit in six consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Davin Olson, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in May of 2025. Another player making a difference was Grant Carpenter, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one double.

Estacada hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Madras struck out 11 times.

Estacada's record now sits at 13-8. As for Madras, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Estacada is set to square off against their familiar foe Molalla at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Rangers 3.3, the Indians 3.7) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Madras will challenge rival Gladstone at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
