Volleyball Recap: North Daviess Takes a Loss

North Daviess came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Vincennes Rivet Patriots. The loss continues a trend for the Cougars in their meetings with the Patriots: they've now lost eight in a row.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-15, 25-13.

North Daviess' defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Vincennes Rivet, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Daviess will venture away from home to take on Pike Central at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Vincennes Rivet, they will head out to square off against Barr-Reeve at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
