Basketball Recap: Pine Tree Academy Takes a Loss

On Monday, the Pine Tree Academy Breakers were beaten by the Carrabec Cobras 65-35.

Pine Tree Academy's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Carrabec, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pine Tree Academy will challenge Islesboro Central at 12:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Carrabec, they will face off against Buckfield at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Buckfield comes in on ten and Carrabec on three.
