Montello had already won 19 in a row and they went ahead and made it 20 on Saturday. They came out on top against the Johnson Creek Bluejays by a score of 2-0. The Hilltoppers were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Bluejays, so the Hilltoppers were just returning the favor.

Brooklyn O'Malley paced Montello's offense, picking up 14 kills. O'Malley got some help from Charlee O'Malley and her 14 assists. Charlee was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Montello's victory bumped their record up to 30-4. As for Johnson Creek, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-11.

Montello wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Abundant Life on the 11th. Johnson Creek has also already played their next contest (against Deerfield), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
