Soccer Game Preview: St. Augustine vs. Sarah T. Reed

The St. Augustine Purple Knights are taking a road trip to take on the Sarah T. Reed Olympians at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Augustine's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

St. Augustine fell victim to L.W. Higgins and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They lost 8-0 to the Hurricanes.

Meanwhile, Sarah T. Reed kept a clean sheet against Cohen on Friday. They skirted past the Green Hornets 1-0.

Sarah T. Reed now has a winning record of 7-6-1. As for St. Augustine, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

St. Augustine couldn't quite get it done against Sarah T. Reed when the teams last played back in December of 2020 as they fell 2-0. Can the Purple Knights avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
