Football Game Recap: Flambeau vs. Cornell/Lake Holcombe

After soaring high against Tri-County last Thursday, Icarus fell to the ground on Friday. Flambeau took a 12-22 hit to the loss column at the hands of Cornell/Lake Holcombe. If Flambeau were hoping to take revenge for the 28-36 loss against Cornell/Lake Holcombe the last time the teams met, then they were left disappointed.

The defeat dropped Flambeau's record to 1-0. The win bumped Cornell/Lake Holcombe's record up to 2-0.

Next week, Flambeau take on Webster at 7:00 PM. Cornell/Lake Holcombe will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Pepin/Alma at 7:00 PM.
