Baseball Recap: Juarez Takes a Loss

Juarez lost against Hubbard back in March of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Eagles came up short against the Greyhounds, falling 8-2. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Juarez saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jesus Estrada, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Juarez's defeat dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Hubbard, with the victory, they broke their seven-game losing streak and moved their record to 12-11-1.

Juarez does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hubbard, they are taking a road trip to square off against Varsity Opponent on Wednesday. Hubbard is facing Varsity Opponent at the right time seeing as Varsity Opponent is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
