Lexington extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Blaine Friedmansky. The Lexington Minutemen enjoyed a cozy 56-42 victory over the Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley Falcons on Tuesday thanks in part to Friedmansky, who went 8 for 14 en route to 22 points and four steals. That's the most steals he has posted since back in November of 2024.

Another player making a difference was Tyler Steffa, who posted six points and seven rebounds. He has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last four times he's played.
