Toppenish is a perfect 6-0 against Ephrata since March of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Wildcats will head out to challenge the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. Toppenish will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

On Tuesday, it was close, but Toppenish sidestepped Ellensburg for a 3-2 victory. Given Toppenish's advantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 34th, while Ellensburg are ranked 139th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Ephrata fell victim to East Valley and their airtight defense on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Red Devils. Ephrata have struggled against East Valley recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Ephrata now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Toppenish, their win bumped their record up to 8-4-1.

Toppenish got the 'W' when the teams last played back in May of 2025 against Ephrata by a conclusive 4-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
