After flying high against Magnet Cove last Tuesday, Woodlawn came back down to earth. The Woodlawn Bears took a blow against the Poyen Indians on Thursday, falling 60-33. The Bears' loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Woodlawn's defeat dropped their record down to 14-12. As for Poyen, they pushed their record up to 19-2 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Parkers Chapel the next time they take the court. Poyen will head out to face Parkers Chapel at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while Woodlawn will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
