Baseball Recap: Bullock County Takes a Loss

Bullock County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 20th straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 3-0 to the Pike County Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, with their most recent loss being a 16-0 defeat on Friday.

Bullock County's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Pike County, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bullock County will square off against New Brockton at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pike County, they will take on Abbeville at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Pike County is facing Abbeville at the right time seeing as Abbeville is stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
