Volleyball Game Preview: Colonial Grenadiers vs. West Orange Warriors

The Colonial Grenadiers will challenge the West Orange Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with five defeats in a row, Colonial turned things around against Jones on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Fightin' Tigers.

Colonial had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-22, 25-17, 25-14.

Meanwhile, West Orange waltzed into their contest on Monday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. They blew past the Titans 3-0.

While West Orange won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-23, 25-20.

Colonial's victory bumped their record up to 6-11. As for West Orange, their win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-3.
