Grantsville was handed a five-goal defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 win over the Morgan Trojans. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-5 back in September.

Grantsville hit Morgan with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Lindsey Wangsgard (2), Lindsey Orton, and Kamry Allen.

Grantsville has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those five matches. As for Morgan, their loss dropped their record down to 4-11.

Grantsville wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 5-0 win against Ben Lomond on the 7th. Morgan does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
